Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg corn chips
  • 2 lbs hamburger
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 cans enchilada sauce (mild or hot)
  • 3 C sharp cheddar cheese

Directions

  • Cook hamburger (drain).
  • Add enchilada sauce.
  • Crumble a layer of chips to cover bottom of pan.
  • Add 1/2 meat sauce, some cheese, and soup mixture.
  • Repeat layers.
  • Top with cheese.
  • Bake at 350° till cheese is melted (about 30 min).
  • Serve with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, black olives & sour cream.
