4 Layer Surprise Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 C flour
  • 1/2 C chopped pecans
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup/8oz cream cheese
  • 1 C confectioners sugar
  • 1 C Cool Whip
  • 1 large pkg of Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 1 1/2 C milk

Directions

  • Mix flour, chopped pecans and margarine well and press into 9x13" pan
  • Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and Cool Whip. Spread on top of crust.
  • Mix vanilla instant pudding and milk. Spread on top of cheese mixture.
  • Top with Cool Whip, garnish with coconut. Seal tightly.
